Are you interested in connecting with other emerging leaders to support the brave men and women of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department? If so, we invite you to apply!

All applicants must be nominated to receive and application, and self-nominations are welcome. The nomination period is now open for the 2026 cohort of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation Young Professionals. Please click the button below to submit your nomination.
Applications for the 2026 cohort will be sent to all nominated individuals by Monday, November 3, 2025.

Membership Details
The Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation - Young Professionals (AFRFYP) is for emerging leaders 40 and under who are on a mission to support Atlanta firefighters and EMTs by helping elevate the city’s fire and emergency response ecosystem through three core areas:

Giving, Volunteerism, and Advocacy.
​
The program goal, in alignment with the vision of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation, is to provide Atlanta based young professionals with access, resources and a conduit to support Atlanta first responders personally and professionally.
​
Program participants are provided opportunities to foster personal and professional growth, network, join immersive experiences, and make meaningful contributions.
Upon acceptance into the program, a $250 non-refundable fee must be remitted and a $1,000 Fundraising exercise is due by December 1st.
